The villa's swimming pool is a large 50 m2 which is great for either a good swim ... or for splashing around with the kids. The wide arc of tiled steps gives easy and safe access into the pool.

This stunning Portuguese villa a has a BBQ built in the garden. There is nothing better than a leisurely evening BBQ whilst you relax around the swimming pool, with a few drinks on a balmy Algarve evening.

We have furnished and equipped the Villa to be as comfortable and flexible as possible. The decor blends modern styling with traditional elements of the Algarve. Making this holiday home truly a home from home
The spacious living room is warmed on an evening by an open fire. It also has an LCD TV with full Sky Package. The dining room has seating for 6 and has easy access to the well equipped kitchen. Both rooms open out on to the pool area, which is the perfect place to spend meal times in the sun, on your villa holiday.
Kitchen
As you would expect in a holiday villa like this the kitchen is large and newly renovated for 2012.
Naturally the fridge / freezer is a big one. A big fridge is a holiday must-have to chill your beer and your wine. Small details can make all the difference so things you take for granted at home such as numerous ice-cube trays, pots, pans, cutlery glasses and other household "essentials" are all provided as part of the rental package.
Bedrooms
All bedrooms have generous wardrobes giving ample storage for your holiday attire. An infant's cot and sofa beds are also available should they be needed.
Bathrooms
Each of the 3 bedrooms has a roomy bathroom that have been newly refurbished and look fantastic. Fresh towels will be available on arrival and will be refreshed by Maria twice a week
Villa Management
Our holiday rental villa is managed Virgilio, who has managed villas in Carvoeiro for almost 20 years. You can be assured everything will be handled quickly and efficiently, to make your holiday as pleasant as possible. The management staff speak excellent English and are available 24 hours a day to deal with any problems.
